Make Room For Good Things To Begin in The Nouns Of Your Life

Let’s be clear.

You can be afraid, unsure, or not very confident.

However, as believers, we cannot be driven by a spirit of fear.

2 Timothy 1:7 says that God has not given us a spirit of timidity but one of POWER, LOVE, AND SELF CONTROL.

Don’t undermine the most powerful weapons you have at your disposal. Prayer and Worship. Call on the promises of Mark 11:22-24. We cannot afford to be double-minded people that cling to faith and fear. Whatever we are facing must come under Christ’s dominion. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust the Lord with our WHOLE heart and not try to reason our way out of that place of safety and sanctuary.

We are commanded in Joshua 1:9  to be strong and courageous. This is not something we can just opt out of. Kind of “thanks but no thanks Lord.” We are commanded to be strong and courageous.

Decide today to call your fears out in the open. Fight through why you have such serious doubts. Pray for God to increase your faith and trust in Him. Make room for good things to begin in your life with the removal of this spirit of Fear that is holding you back and those people, places, and things in your life, the most important nouns in your life that the Holy Spirit needs to inhabit.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

It's good talking with you.
